MICROneedling with PRF & Exosomes

Microneedling with PRF & Exosomes - a multipurpose treatment that uses your skin’s natural healing abilities to stimulate collagen and elastin production paired with additional growth factors for more dramatic results.

About microneedling with PRF & Exosomes

What it is

Microneedling with PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) and exosomes is an advanced skincare procedure that combines microneedling with the application of PRF and exosomes to enhance skin rejuvenation and promote healing.

PRF helps to accelerate the healing process, reduce inflammation, and promote tissue regeneration.

When exosomes are applied to the skin during microneedling, they can further enhance the rejuvenating effects of the treatment by promoting cellular regeneration, collagen production, and skin renewal.

How it works

Microneedling involves the use of a device containing fine needles. These needles create tiny punctures in the skin, which stimulate the body's natural healing response, leading to increased collagen and elastin production.

Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF): PRF is derived from the patient's own blood and contains a high concentration of platelets, growth factors, and other healing components.

Exosomes are extracellular vesicles that contain various growth factors, cytokines, and other signaling molecules. They play a crucial role in cell-to-cell communication and tissue repair.

What to expect

Microneedling with PRF & Exosomes is a minimally invasive procedure with very little downtime. Your provider will use a sterile needle to draw a small amount of blood from a vein in your arm, similar to when you have blood drawn for a routine blood test. After the blood is collected, it is placed into a specialized centrifuge machine. During this process, the heavier blood cells (red blood cells and white blood cells) are separated from the plasma and platelets.

Your skin will be thoroughly cleansed and a numbing cream will be applied prior to the treatment. During the treatment, you may feel some warmth and a scratching/pulling sensation as the device moves over your skin, but the numbing cream should keep pain to a minimum. Both PRF and Exosomes can be applied during and/or after your microneedling. Immediately after treatment, your skin will likely be red and swollen; this can last up to a few days. You can return to your normal routine immediately after the procedure, but you should stay out of the sun until your skin heals.
